The Design Process

Let's start by getting to know each other! We'll have an initial consultation to discuss your vision, preferences, and budget for your custom jewelry. Feel free to bring inspiration photos or general color ideas to this meeting. From there, we will work our magic, providing up to two revisions to perfect the design. Any additional revisions may incur a small fee.

Selecting Superior Materials

We're committed to using only high-quality, ethically-sourced materials in our pieces. During the consultation, we'll guide you through selecting the perfect metals, gemstones, leather, crystals, beads, palm leaf etc, that bring your design to life.

Investing in Your Dream Piece

To initiate your custom order, we'll collect a 50% deposit. Our custom pieces start at $95. This allows us to procure the necessary materials and dedicate time to crafting your masterpiece. The remaining balance is due when your jewelry is complete and ready for pickup or shipping.

The Crafting Process

Crafting a custom piece takes time and patience – good things come to those who wait! Typical production timelines range from 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. We'll keep you updated throughout the process with progress photos and details. This is a collaboration between what you envision, and we want you to be ecstatic about the final outcome. 

Delivering Your Treasure

Your custom jewelry will be carefully packaged and can be picked up at our atelier or shipped directly to you, fully insured. Please take a moment to inspect your piece when you receive it – we want to ensure it exceeds your expectations!

We'll also provide guidance on proper care and cleaning to keep your jewelry for years to come. And if you ever need repairs, we're here to help!
