Every order is hand-cut from start to finish, painted, and packaged in our reused, re-purposed jute bags. All our products are handmade and hand-weaved by our master Artisan partners in Nariño, Colombia.  Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, slight variations may occur from the image given.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

We ship to any address in the world! There are restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Once you place an order, the estimated shipping and delivery date is based on the availability of your items and the chosen shipping options. The estimated information from the Shipping Provider you chose should be listed on the shipping quotes page. The shipping rates are based on the weight shown on the item detail page. Shipping companies round up to the next full pound.

RETURNS

Returns While we hope you will always be happy with your purchase, things happen. We accept new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund including shipping. If the return is our error, incorrect, or defective item. Refunds usually take approximately 4 weeks for the full process.  If you need to return an item, please follow these instructions. Send an email to flordekaronka@gmail.com describing the reason, please include a photo. Once received and approved, we will send you the return details.

 

REPAIRS

Repairs Life happens and I want your treasured item to last as long as possible. So if an earring back breaks or a piece falls off I can fix that! Take a picture of the repair needed and send it to flordekaroka@gmail.com I will review it and let you know what is possible Most repairs cost is shipping only.
